PTI Aviation Tenant Site Development (HAECO)

WK Dickson provided final design, bid, and construction phase services for a 20-acre undeveloped site at the airport to support a new aircraft apron, hangar, and other features for HAECO Airframe Services. Design work included grading the site with fill material from a borrow site on airport property; designing a storm drainage system that conveys drainage from the airfield through the site; and designing the stormwater management system, including the water quality and water quantity treatment of the ultimate site development. The project also included preparing multi-phased erosion control plans for the project site. The scope of services includes project administration, 401/404 permitting plan preparation, final design and plan preparation, erosion control permitting, NCDOT encroachment agreement coordination, topographic survey, geotechnical investigation, and bidding services.
