WK Dickson is pleased to announce the addition of Stephanie Clay as a project manager in our Knoxville, TN, water resources group. Stephanie will be responsible for managing projects and assigning resources to those projects.
With over 30 years in environmental engineering, Stephanie brings a strong background in industrial wastewater pretreatment, developing and enforcing EPA industrial pretreatment programs, and wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal. She has provided technical support to wastewater operations and hazardous waste remediation sites, provided regulatory compliance management for industries, performed environmental compliance audits, and developed and implemented sustainability programs. Additionally, Stephanie is experienced with permitting, regulatory agency coordination and inspections, biological treatment, hazardous waste management, and contaminated groundwaters.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and a Master of Science in civil/environmental engineering from the University of Delaware. She is a professional engineer in Tennessee, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Additionally, Stephanie also holds the following certifications: Visible Emissions Certification in accordance with EPA Method 9, U.S. EPA RCRA/Hazardous Waste Management Certification, and U.S. DOT Hazardous Materials in Transportation, 49 CFR.
