WK Dickson welcomes Michael Floyd, a seasoned aviation consultant and leader, to its aviation services team. In this new role, Michael will be directly responsible for aviation planning, business/financial management services, and advanced operational and development strategies. He will also guide the incorporation of other vital WK Dickson services (e.g., environmental planning, asset management, GIS support, funding analysis, regulatory reviews, sustainability and resilience, etc.) into our existing and future aviation client portfolios.
Michael’s expertise includes a multitude of technical and managerial roles in aviation development throughout the U.S., spanning a wide range of services. These services include master and systems planning, site/land development, environmental planning, program management, engineering/architectural preliminary design, and broad-based management advisory services. Additionally, he has expertise in specialized areas such as enterprise GIS, market analyses, airspace evaluations, program/project definition, and operational readiness, activation, and transition (ORAT).
